Quality and Organization at the Service of the Client

Slayer Blades produces superior quality blades, specifically designed to preserve the quality of the sliced product. Every production phase undergoes strict quality control, via the use of 3D Scanning technologies.

The quality of the various productive sectors of Slayer Blades is guaranteed by the internal technical office and by means of advanced software and tools (CAD/CAM solutions) that operate actively to optimize time and to improve the processing phase. Moreover, the company has introduced a computerized dimensional control system that has integrated many types of analysis and data collection within the production cycle itself, guaranteeing further improvement.

Slayer Blades has an internal metallurgical laboratory that is equipped with instruments and equipment that allow for extremely precise controls and findings. This, further attests its compliance to the highest, qualitative standards and allows for systematic and efficient controls within the entire production cycle.

The company has a large and well-organized warehouse that is always stocked and ready to best satisfy every possible request.

Development and Innovation for Constant Improvement

Slayer Blades operates in a vast and constantly evolving market: for this reason, the company invests resources and energy in development and innovation, on one hand it listens to the requests and needs of its clients and on the other hand it satisfies the specific needs of the market. Over the years Slayer Blades has committed itself to study and develop solutions and equipment with the intent of improving its cutting products during their use and for their maintenance. It is in this context that sharpening systems for professional and home appliances such as ITK and SB370 and for industrial blades such as SB470 were born.

Even the choice of raw materials is subject to continuous research in order to further improve the performance and quality of the products offered. The special blade, RIPPLE BLADE, was conceived from the result of these insights.
